1. Who we are

BreakNav Pro (“the Plugin”, “BreakNav”) is operated by:

By purchasing, installing, or using BreakNav, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

2. The plugin and its license

BreakNav is a companion plugin for the Breakdance website builder. The Plugin’s PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPL-2.0) or later, in line with WordPress licensing. Bundled assets such as images, CSS, and JavaScript may be covered by their own compatible licenses.

The GPL grants you broad freedoms over the code itself. What you purchase from us is not the code license — it is a paid subscription that grants access to Pro features, automatic updates, and support, as described below.

3. Pro subscription

A valid license key, purchased through our checkout, unlocks the Pro feature set, enables automatic updates via the standard WordPress update system, and entitles you to support during the active subscription period.

Licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis and may be used on an unlimited number of sites that you own or manage. The license key must not be publicly shared, resold, or distributed in a way that lets third parties obtain updates or support without their own subscription.

Without an active license, the Plugin continues to function at free-equivalent capacity. Pro features and automatic updates are disabled, but no data is lost and existing pages are not broken.

4. Payments, billing, and renewals

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, CREEM. Your purchase is also subject to CREEM’s Terms of Service. CREEM handles billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and order management.

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your CREEM order dashboard. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period, after which the Plugin degrades to free-equivalent.

Promotional discounts (such as launch codes) apply only as stated at the time of purchase and do not affect the renewal price unless explicitly noted.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on Pro purchases. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Support

Support is provided by email at support@breaknav.com to customers with an active subscription. We aim to help with installation, configuration, bugs, and reasonable usage questions. Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts we cannot reproduce, or modifications to your site beyond the Plugin.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Plugin to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, or compromise the security of any system. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your site and for testing updates in a staging environment where appropriate.

8. Updates and changes to the plugin

We may add, change, or remove features over time. While we strive for backward compatibility, we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Automatic updates are delivered through the standard WordPress update system while your subscription is active.

9. Disclaimer of warranty

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KREMONT s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Plugin. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Independence

BreakNav Pro is an independent companion plugin. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Breakdance or its developers. “Breakdance” is the property of its respective owner and is referenced only to describe compatibility.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
