14-day refund window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request

Email support@breaknav.com with your purchase email and order reference. You can also request a refund directly through your CREEM order dashboard. Refunds are processed through CREEM.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

After the refund

Your license key will be deactivated. The plugin reverts to free-equivalent functionality — no data is lost.

Renewals

Annual renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date. If you cancel, you keep access until the current period ends, then the plugin degrades to free-equivalent.
